And when you say...

Yea I said that the avocados didn't show any signs of sprouting..
Yesterday night when I was watching my plants, I saw something. One of the avocados was cracked at the bottom! SO happy! I will show you some pictures later. See ya! :)

Slow grow

When I bought the China Rose, I didn't know anything about it (still don't know..). But now I know that it loves water. It doesn't like at all if the soil is just liiiittle bit dry. It's interesting to watch what happens in different situations.

Avocados don't have any signs of sprouting.. Oranges don't have any signs of growth.
So I have to be very patient! It's good that I have time ;)
It's just boring that I can't write anything here. I hope the avocado will grow soon :P

See ya when I have some news.
(The blogger for some reason is doing white frames in some places. So don't mind.)

Bonsai Tree Is Art

Bonsai tree itself is art.
I'm quite artistical, I'm used to draw and paint. My parents used to have art shop. They sold dad's paintings and art supplies. So it's like I'm related to the artistic ;)
So today I painted a bonsai, of course. Here is a picture.

Bonsai with flowers :)

I like it! It's done with acrylic paint.
Beautiful days to everybody from Finland! (here sun is shining!)

Actually it starts NOW

Yesterday when I looked for how to grow Avocados (I started growing avocados 29.4.2012.. and maybe try it for bonsai) I found one picture of Bonsai Tree. First I thought it's some kind of one plant, and it did have interesting name "bonsai" hmmm... So I looked from google how to grow one.
That was the moment I did realize that I had seen them before. I just didn't know anything about them or the name of them.

Of course I wanted to know more about them. I thought they were so beautiful. And wanted to try it. Then I wanted to know can I grow one from my oranges. And I found some pictures

So that's it. I wanted to grow my own cute bonsai tree. And here is avocado bonsai

Everyone says that avocado grows really fast so I think I wanna give it a try :)

Here we go!

I planted oranges seeds 12.3.2012 (5 seeds). I just wanted to try to grow something different.
I did take care of it really good. In three weeks nothing happened. Then I forgot to take care of it for one week. Then my mom did go to watch it and told me there had grown one little seedling. I was so happy!

It was about 5 cm long

In no time.... after about one week, there was 3 more!

So finally there were 4 of them. So happy! ^^ 4 out of 5, quite good! They were so slow because I put them too deep to the soil.
28.4.2012 I did split them and planted them into two pot.

From the left: first, third, second, fourth

Aren't they cute! Yea I'm quite crasy of them.. ;) So that was the start!

Hello!

Hello everyone! (my english isn't that good so don't mind)

I'm a girl from Finland and I'm 18 years old and gone crazy about gardening. Love it!
This blog is for my new project: Bonsai Tree. I will share everything about this journey of doing my own Bonsai Tree, with you.

You can share your knowledge with everyone ABOUT BONSAI TREES. I hope it'll stay only for bonsai trees.

Thanks for everyone!
